For couples who wish to do all of their own planning, but still have a professional coordinate the big day, this package is for you! Six weeks before the wedding, we will set up a time to meet with you and walk the space if possible so that we are all on the same page as far as all final details and vendors. Proper Event Management Includes:
Initial consultation with bride and groom to determine their needs
Unlimited phone or e-mail correspondence starting 60 days prior to event
Attend site visit to discuss couple’s overall vision, design, and layout
Collect copies of all vendor contracts and service agreements
Confirm all event and contract details with each vendor
Confirm the final headcount and seating chart with caterer
Confirm all music for ceremony musicians and reception Band/DJ
Become the vendor team lead at 30 days prior to the event date
Create a wedding weekend timeline and contacts list to included everything family, bridal party and vendors need to know
Phone call or face to face meeting with bride and groom 14 days prior to finalize all ceremony and reception details
Send final timeline to all vendors 10 days prior to the event
Attend and coordinate rehearsal the day before (1 hour)
Gather any personal décor items and legal documents needed for signature
Oversee the set-up of ceremony, cocktail hour and reception locations
Lead all ceremony and reception activities while serving as the vendor team lead and onsite event manager
Available for up to 10 hours on the wedding day
Supply wedding day emergency kit
Distribute any final payments or tips to vendors
Box up all personal items, gifts, cake and keepsakes for departure
Deliver signed marriage license to the courthouse to obtain the official copy via mail

** This package includes ONE Lead Planner + ONE Assistant Coordinator.
A second coordinator may be added at a rate of $50/hour with a minimum of 5 hours.
A second coordinator may be required if the venue selected does not have adequate staffing for the event.
