The Premier "Full-Service" Wedding Planning Package Includes:

Initial consultation with client to determine their needs
Unlimited communication by phone, e-mail, text 
Budget consultation to understand the client's priorities
Design consultation to understand the client's vision
Provide a customized month to month planning checklist
Accompany bride and groom on all venue tours to select their dream venue
Pre-screen and provide the bride and groom with a customized list of vendors in each area based on their personality, overall style and budget
Manage all vendor contracts and rate negotiations
Keep up with all payment schedules for various vendors
Planner manages all correspondence with vendors and venue
Attend all vendor meetings with the couple or as the acting agent in the event the couple is planning from long-distance
Provide guidance on overall event design
Negotiate group rates and hotel blocks for out-of-town guests
Edit, proof, and assist with Save The Dates and Invitations
Assist with compiling guest address list as needed
Manage all RSVPs via a living spreadsheet
Manage all Gift Registries and Thank You card replies 
Create ceremony and reception layouts
Provide etiquette advice as needed
Serve as the primary contact for all vendors throughout the engagement
Confirm all event and contract details with each vendor
Serve as vendor team lead for the entirety of the wedding weekend
Confirm the final headcount and seating chart with caterer
Confirm music for ceremony musicians and reception band/DJ
Create a wedding weekend timeline and contacts list
Phone call or face to face meeting with bride and groom the week of to finalize ceremony and reception details
Attend and coordinate rehearsal the day before
Collect any personal decor items and legal documents
Available for up to 15 hours on the wedding day
Supply a stocked wedding day emergency kit
Oversee the set-up of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Lead all ceremony and reception activities while serving as the vendor team lead and onsite event manager
Second Event Coordinator included for the duration of the event
Box up personal items, gifts, cake and keepsakes at conclusion
Distribute any final payments and/or tips to vendors

Partial Planning

Our Premier "Full-Service" Wedding Planning Package is designed for the couple who just got engaged and already feels overwhelmed at what to do next. We will step in at the start of this process, provide you with customized checklists and walk with you every step of the way, from "I do!" to "Yes!", so you can enjoy your engagement season while we do the work! 

Our Partial Wedding Planning Package is designed for the couple who understands the basics of planning an event and would like to do most of the planning themselves, yet would like a professional wedding planner to assist them along the way to ensure nothing is left out.  We are here to wrap up loose ends, manage expectations and make sure the day goes off just how you have imagined!       

** These packages include ONE Event Planner + ONE Event Coordinator. 
A second assistant coordinator may be added for $50/hour with a minimum of 5 hours. 
A second coordinator may be required if the selected venue does not have adequate staffing for your event. 

The Partial Wedding Planning Package Includes:

Provide advice on the overall event design
