Our Signature Wedding Planning Includes:

Initial consultation with client to determine their needs
Unlimited communication by phone, e-mail, text 
Budget consultation to understand the client's priorities
Assist with compiling guest address list as needed to determine overall headcount
Provide a customized planning checklist in phases I, II, III
Accompany bride and groom on all venue tours to select their dream venue
Pre-screen and provide the bride and groom with a customized list of vendors in each area
Manage all vendor contracts and rate negotiations
Keep up with all payment schedules for various vendors
Planner manages all correspondence with vendors and venue
Attend all vendor meetings with the couple, acting agent in the event the couple is planning from long-distance
Design consultation to define the client's vision
Provide guidance on overall event design
Negotiate group rates and hotel blocks for out-of-town guests
Edit, proof, and assist in mailing Save The Dates and Invitations
Manage all RSVPs via a living spreadsheet
Manage all Gift Registries and Thank You card replies 
Provide etiquette advice as needed
Serve as the primary contact for all vendors throughout the engagement
Confirm all event and contract details with each vendor 
Create ceremony and reception layouts based upon the final headcount
Confirm the final headcount and seating chart with caterer
Confirm music for ceremony musicians and reception band/DJ
Create a wedding weekend timeline and emergency contacts list
Phone call or face to face meeting with bride and groom to finalize ceremony and reception details
Serve as vendor team lead for the entirety of the we dding weekend
Attend and coordinate rehearsal the day before
Collect any personal décor items and legal documents
Available for up to 12 hours on the wedding day
Supply a stocked wedding day emergency kit
Oversee the set-up of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Lead all ceremony and reception activities while serving as the vendor team lead and onsite event manager
Second Event Coordinator included for the duration of the event
Box up personal items, gifts, cards, cake and keepsakes at conclusion
Distribute any final payments and/or tips to vendors
​Deliver signed marriage license to Probate Court

Signature Wedding Planning

Our Signature Wedding Planning Package is designed for the couple who just got engaged and already feels overwhelmed at what to do next. We will step in at the start of this process and guide you through every step of the way, from "Yes!" to "I do!", so you can enjoy your engagement season while we do the work! 

** This package includes ONE Lead Event Planner + Two Assistant Coordinators. 
A third coordinator may be added for $50/hour with a minimum of 5 hours. 
A third coordinator may be required if the selected venue does not have adequate staffing for your event.
